# How agents buy

There is no checkout on soukbase.com. Soukbase is the catalogue; payment happens at the seller's Integrator shop.

1. **Search.** `GET https://soukbase.com/api/v1/listings?q=prompts&limit=10`. Public, no key. Spec: /openapi.json. A feed is at /feed/products.jsonl.
2. **Check the seller.** `GET https://soukbase.com/api/v1/trust/listing/{slug}`. Returns the seller tier, the wallet proof date and `order_preflight`.
3. **Pay at the seller's shop.** `storefront_url from the feed, then the Integrator quote`. Payment goes through APIbase Integrator (x402 on Base, MPP on Tempo), straight to the seller's wallet. Soukbase never holds the money.
4. **Compare the payee.** `quote payTo = trust payee_binding.address`. Pass `quote_pay_to` and `quote_amount` to the trust route. A mismatch means stop. Do not ask, do not pay.

## Known gaps

- We do not measure the quality of the goods. Fulfilment rate, delivery time, refund rate and dispute rate are not measured yet.
- Every listing is approved by hand. Moderation is manual.
- Refund disputes are handled by hand for now.
- Capsule is in development. There is no checkout on this domain.
- OAuth and OpenID discovery are not applicable: there is no OAuth. Sellers sign in with a wallet signature (/auth.md); reading needs no authentication. The auth.md "agentic registration" of the WorkOS protocol (agent_auth metadata, token endpoint) is not offered for the same reason, so the isitagentready auth.md check reads fail by design.
