Capsule
Capsule is in development; install block appears with the first release.
Capsule is the buyer's own client: it searches the catalogue, asks for a quote and pays within a budget you set, only from your own wallet on your machine. Soukbase never holds the money.
Owner key and agent key
Planned design, not released:
OWNER (you) --- owner key (in your OS keychain) ---> signs a policy: limits per purchase, day and week
|
AGENT (the model) --- agent key (small balance, expiry) ---> searches, asks for a quote, pays inside the limits
cannot read the owner key, cannot change the policy, cannot add payees;
over the limit it waits for the owner

SELLER WALLET <--- USDC on Base or Tempo, paid from your own wallet on your machineRisks of paying in USDC
- USDC is issued by Circle. The issuer can freeze USDC at an address. Soukbase cannot prevent or undo a freeze.
- Payments are on-chain and final. There is no chargeback and no escrow.
- USDC aims to hold 1 USD but is not a bank deposit and is not insured. Its price can differ from 1 USD.
- A buyer who pays with stolen or frozen USDC can put the seller's wallet at risk. The Seller Agreement says so (/legal/seller-agreement.md).
- A payment sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address cannot be recovered by Soukbase.
