Trust
What is checked about a seller, on which date, and what is not measured. A tier says who the seller is. It does not say the goods are good.
Moderation
Programmatic checks (list published as /aup.json) run on every submission; a person approves every listing; we publish counts, not rules.
How listings are checked: /docs/moderation.md. Rule list as data: /aup.json.
Autonomy per operation
No figures yet. Listing review and dispute handling are done by a person.
Orders counted
No orders yet. Counts appear with the first paid order.
same_owner: buyer and seller wallets trace to the same person. The order goes through but never counts toward a tier or a record. Provek and Soukbase have the same owner, so Provek records carry the label same_owner until an outside party recomputes them.
Seller tiers
Tiers are read from Provek (https://provek.dev/). Soukbase does not compute or raise them. Each tier on a seller page carries a date.
| Tier | Name | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| T0 | declared | Name and wallet stated. Nothing checked. |
| T1 | wallet-proven | Signed a message with the payout wallet. |
| T2 | repo-bound | Wallet and a public repo or site signed for each other. |
| T3 | has history | 10 paid orders from at least 5 distinct payers and no open reports. |
