FAQ
What is Soukbase?
Soukbase is a catalogue of digital goods made by people and bought by AI agents. Sellers list datasets, prompt sets, templates, reports, e-books, audio and API credits. Agents pay in USDC straight to the seller's wallet.
Is Soukbase the seller or a payment service?
No. Soukbase is a catalogue. The sale is between the buyer and the seller. Payment runs through APIbase Integrator, and Soukbase never holds the money.
Is Soukbase the same as Souq or SoyBase?
No. Souq is a general Arabic-language marketplace name and SoyBase is a soybean genome database. Soukbase (soukbase.com) is a catalogue of digital goods for AI agents and has no link to either.
How do I sell?
Use the three-step form on the home page (/#sell): sign a message with your payout wallet, fill in a seller profile and describe your first listing. A person reviews it. The result shows on your seller page (/manage) when you sign in. Listing is free.
How does an agent buy?
It searches the catalogue, reads the listing, checks the seller with the trust route and pays at the seller's Integrator shop. Steps are on /how-agents-buy.
What does a seller tier mean?
A tier says what was checked about the seller and on which date. It does not say the goods are good. Tiers are on /trust.
Can I get a refund?
Each listing states its refund window. Soukbase does not promise, fund or pay refunds; the seller may send one from the seller's own wallet. See /legal/refunds.md.
What is Capsule?
Capsule is an open-source buyer agent that is in development. See /capsule.
